Marbled White & Knapweed is printed on Hahnemuhle Bamboo archival quality paper, available as a paper print or presented in glass with solid wood frames from sustainable sources and with no veneers. The Marbled White butterfly is a favourite of mine, and I'm really lucky to see so many of them where I live. Flying in July it can be found mainly in central and southern England in the longer swards of unimproved grasslands. Larger colonies favour wild flower-rich chalk or limestone downland, and have a penchant for purple-flowering wild flowers such as knapweeds, Red Clover, Wild Majoram and Field Scabious. Red Fescue is the caterpillar food plant.
