Shipping policy

Currently I am shipping all products within the UK, and Giclee prints to the UK, EU and the USA via my print partner. 

UK Delivery 

1. Orders containing only cards, stationery, and small originals are shipped at a flat rate of £3.50. 

2. Orders containing only bespoke unframed giclee print orders are charged a flat rate of £6.45 regardless of quantity. 

3. Orders containing only bespoke framed giclee print orders are start at £12.50 and go up to £14.50 per framed print depending on size.

All print order delivery charges are managed by my print provider and are charged at cost.

4. Shipping costs of combined orders of products from 1 and 2 above are added together as they are despatched from different locations.

Shippping charges are calculated pre-payment at checkout.

Germany & EU Delivery

My bespoke giclee prints are now available to order from Germany and EU member states. 

Germany

1. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke unframed giclee print orders are charged a flat rate of £6.45 regardless of quantity. 

2. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke framed giclee print orders are start at £12.50 and go up to £14.50 per framed print depending on size.

All print order delivery charges are managed by my print provider and are charged at cost.

EU Member States

1. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke unframed giclee print orders are charged a flat rate of £12.50 regardless of quantity. 

2. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke framed giclee print orders are start at £22.50 and go up to £27.50 per framed print depending on size.

All print order delivery charges are managed by my print provider and are charged at cost.

Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein

1. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke unframed giclee print orders are charged a flat rate of £16.75 regardless of quantity. 

2. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke framed giclee print orders are start at £29.50 and go up to £32.50 per framed print depending on size.

All print order delivery charges are managed by my print provider and are charged at cost.

USA Delivery

My bespoke open edition giclee prints are now available to order from the USA.

1. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke unframed giclee print orders are charged a flat rate of £24.50 regardless of quantity. 

2. Shipping costs for orders containing only bespoke framed giclee print orders are start at £22.50 and go up to £26.40 per framed print depending on size.

All print order delivery charges are managed by my print provider and are charged at cost.

Delivery Outside of the UK, USA and EU

For prints being delivered outside the UK, USA and EU, the buyer will be responsible for any local tax duties. The buyer also agrees that they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from me when shipping internationally. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are not included in the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Cards, stationery, and small originals orders are shipped on a Tuesday and Thursday, I aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of order receipt, and should take 3 - 5 working days to reach you depending on the carrier.  

Bespoke giclee print orders (unframed and framed) are shipped separately from my print partner who ships from the UK, Germany and the USA, please allow 7 - 14 working days from order to delivery. 

Please be aware shipping times may be slightly longer over bank holiday periods.
