Refund policy
Cards, Stationery, Original Artwork, and Limited Edition Prints
If for any reason you are not happy with your order we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that items returned to us arriving damaged as a result of insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that we do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned:
Print-to-order art and framed prints are bespoke, made-to-order goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations these goods do not attract the same cancellation rights that typically apply to a distance contract. As such we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, you will be sent a replacement free of charge, or a refund if you decide you do not want a replacement. You must notify us of any damage or fault within 14 days of reciept, and in that eventuality please email info@sallyswannell.co.uk with the following information:
- Name and delivery address on the order.
- Order Number.
- A photo of the fault with or damage to the item and its packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
